South Bay Urology Medical Group is the oldest urological group in the South Bay area. It was founded by Dr. Joseph Schultz in 1963. Since his retirement, the current urologists at South Bay Urology have continued to provide comprehensive urological care to their patients. South Bay Urology is proud of their excellent, compassionate, and state-of-the-art urological care. We provide care for all adult and pediatric urological diseases and conditions.
Joy G. Paul MD, MS, Mch, FRCS, FACS

Dr. Paul earned his medical degree and Masters in general surgery and urology from Christian Medical School in Punjab, India. He did advanced urological training and a fellowship in urological oncology at UCLA. Dr. Paul is board certified by the American Board of Urology and has a Specialty in Urology (FRCS) from Canada. |
Tim Lesser, MD
 | Dr. Lesser graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine and completed his urologic training at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles. He has had extensive experience in both open and minimimally-invasive laparoscopic and robotic urologic oncology and reconstruction. He is a volunteer Clinical Professor of Urology at Harbor/UCLA. |
